A: Before installing the Interprise Suite application, make sure that you are logged in as user with rights as administrator and your computer meets up with the following requirements:

HARDWARE
The Interprise Suite application needs the following hardware requirements:

• CPU: 600 MHz Pentium processor or higher
• RAM: 512 MB (minimum); 1 GB (recommended)
• Disk space: 10 GB available hard disk space (minimum)

SOFTWARE
The Interprise Suite application needs the following software requirements:

• Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4, Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista RTM
• Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
• Microsoft Web Service Enhancements 3.0 Runtime
• Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition

The Interprise Suite application installer detects if any of the following prerequisites needed by the application are missing and automatically installs these prerequisites before proceeding with the actual application.

The prerequisite components are:

1. Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1
2. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
   
3. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
   
4. Microsoft Web Service Enhancements 3.0 Runtime

A: After installing Interprise Suite, you can then use the Application Configuration Tool. This utility is used to configure the Interprise Suite application to connect to the database via LAN or the internet via web services.

A: The Database Management Console is a utility provided to manage databases used exclusively by Interprise Suite. Note that the Database Management Console must be run on the server machine where the Interprise Suite databases are installed as remote database management is not allowed.

A: You must sign in to a demo database prior to creating your company database. The demo database you connect to would determine the locale settings of the company database you will create e.g. connecting to the Demo Company US database, you would be able to create a company database that has its locale set to English - United States.

The New Company Wizard will guide you through the steps in creating a new company database. It requires only the most important setup items such as company information, accounting and banking information allowing you to skip most of the steps in the wizard.

The Import Wizard is provided to import your company data into Interprise Suite. You will able to import your company data over the two modes of connection.
